The Tibetian diet
The Tibetan diet excludes all kinds meat and prefers exclusively vegetative food. Within a week it is necessary to observe it, and then to include in the diet of a few meat. Then once again to repeat this cycle. The Tibetan diet recommends many vegetables and fruit. It is necessary to eat products slowly, small portions.
Monday the Breakfast: a cup of milk, small cracker. A dinner: 150g boiled beans, 200g salad from tomatoes, the Bulgarian pepper, an onions and greens of a parsley, 1 big green apple or an orange. A supper: 250g chopped the cabbage filled by a lemon juice, 150g any fruit, 1 glass of mineral water.
Tuesday the Breakfast: 1 glasses of mineral water, 1 big apple the Dinner: 200g a boiled fish, 200g fruit salad from apples, pears, prunes or other fruit, an orange the Supper: 250g vegetable marrows, fried on vegetable oil, 3 tomatoes, a small slice of bread and a glass of tomato juice.
Wednesday: the Breakfast: a glass of milk, 2 crackers. A dinner: 200g a boiled string bean, 200g salad from tomatoes, onions, fresh cucumbers and the garlic filled by vegetable oil. A supper: 200g the boiled, largly polished beet, 2 apples, an orange, a small slice of bread, a tomato and a glass of tomato juice.
Thursday the Breakfast: 1 glasses of mineral water, 1 small roll the Dinner:, 250g a boiled fish, 200g vegetable salad from any vegetables, a glass of natural apple juice. A supper: 200g a boiled siliculose string bean, 200g the crude grated carrots filled by vegetable oil and garlic, a cup of tea and small cracker.
Friday the Breakfast: a glass of milk, a small roll. A dinner: 200g chopped the cabbage filled by juice of a lemon, a glass of yoghurt, 2 apples. A supper: 200g of the Boiled fish, 200g the eggplants roasted on vegetable oil with a small amount of carrots. A small slice of black bread, a glass of mineral water.
Saturday the Breakfast: a glass of apple juice, an orange. A dinner: 200g the grated carrots filled by vegetable oil, 200g salad from tomatoes, the Bulgarian pepper and an onions, a glass of mineral water. A supper: 150g cheese, 2 crackers, 100g strawberries, 1 glass of milk or 2 glasses of yoghurt.
Sunday the Breakfast: a glass of milk, 2 crackers the Dinner: 250g a boiled fish, 250g salad from the cabbage filled by a lemon juice, a glass of mineral water. A supper: 200g a boiled string bean, 100g cheese, 250g any fruit, a glass of mineral water or apple juice.
