The French Diet 

The diet is calculated a minimum on 14 days, and growing thin is guaranteed only at strict observance of the ordered diet. The French diet does not consider individual energy needs of the person. Products recommended for the French diet: low-fat meat and meat products, a low-fat fish, eggs, fruit, vegetables and greens, tea and coffee, crackers. The forbidden products: salt, sugar and confectionery products, bread and flour products, alcohol. Here the provisional menu for a week for the French diet:
1-st day the Breakfast: a cup of black coffee. A dinner: 2 boiled eggs, sheet salad, 1 tomato the Supper: Small piece of low-fat boiled meat, sheet salad.
2-nd day the Breakfast: a cup of black coffee, cracker. A dinner: a piece of boiled meat. A supper: a ham or boiled sausage without fat, sheet salad.
3-rd put the Breakfast: a cup of black coffee, cracker. A dinner: carrots (fried on vegetable oil), a tomato, a tangerine or an orange. A supper: two boiled eggs, low-fat sausage, sheet salad.
4-th put the Breakfast: a cup of black coffee, cracker. A dinner: 1 boiled eggs, fresh carrots, 2-3 slices of cheese. A supper: fruit salad, a glass of kefir.
5-th put the Breakfast: grated carrots with a lemon juice the Dinner: a portion of a boiled fish, 1 tomato. A supper: a piece of boiled meat.
6-th day the Breakfast: a cup of black coffee the Dinner: a portion of the boiled hen, sheet salad. A supper: a piece of boiled meat.
7-th day the Breakfast: a glass of tea. A dinner: a portion of boiled meat, fruit. A supper: the low-fat ham or sausage (2-3 slices) From second week of the menu repeats.
